These terms cover your use of kiss.care and your purchases from Kiss Selfcare, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds, including our 180-day money back guarantee, are covered by our Returns and refunds policy. Both are part of these terms.

Using our products

Kiss products are cosmetics. They aren’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the full ingredient list before use, patch test anything new, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or use prescription skin products, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.

Information on this site, including our pharmacist guides, is general information and not medical advice. Results vary from person to person.

Promotions

Discount codes apply only during the stated dates, can’t be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or testimonial, you allow us to use it on our site and social channels with your first name. We may edit for length or clarity but won’t change your meaning. Tell us anytime if you want it removed.

Our content

The Kiss name, logos, photos, text and designs on this site belong to Kiss Selfcare, LLC. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a dispute comes up, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
