We collect only what we need to make, ship and support your order and to understand how people use the site. We never sell your personal information.

Who we are

Kiss Selfcare (“Kiss”, “we”) is a brand operated by Marketing Bull, owned by Alexander Babenchuk, 201 N. US Highway 1, Suite D10, #1046, Jupiter, FL 33477. Marketing Bull runs kiss.care. You can reach us at [email protected] or (888) 783-9532.

What we collect

  • Order details you give at checkout: name, email, phone number, shipping address and the products you buy.
  • Payment details, which go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us by email, text or WhatsApp, including anything you tell us about your skin.
  • Your email address if you sign up for our emails or texts.
  • Usage data from cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached the site.
  • Your cart, stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
  • To answer your questions, including skin questions our pharmacist reviews.
  • To send marketing emails or texts if you agreed to them. Every message has a way to unsubscribe.
  • To understand which pages and products people use, and to measure our ads.
  • To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only for that purpose:

  • Stripe, to take payments.
  • Resend, to send order emails.
  • Shipping carriers such as USPS, to deliver your order.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads, to measure site use and ad results.
  • Klaviyo, our email and text provider, if you subscribe.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the site.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If the business is ever sold, customer information would move to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used and Google Ads tools to measure our advertising. These set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe, and messages for as long as we need them to support you.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Children

The site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site uses HTTPS everywhere, and payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest payment-industry security level. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can access customer information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also tell customers by email.
