Shipping policy

We ship from Florida to the United States and Puerto Rico. Orders over $30 ship free.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We don’t ship internationally yet.

Shipping costs

Orders of $30 or more, after discounts, ship free. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $6.50. You see the shipping cost in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Every batch is made by hand, so we pack orders ourselves. In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days. We send orders by USPS, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days within the US and 3 to 7 business days to Puerto Rico. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.

Pre-orders

When a product is on pre-order, the product page and the banner at the top of the site show the date the batch ships. Pre-orders ship on or shortly after that date. If anything delays a batch, we email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Taxes and duties

Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout. There are no customs duties because we only ship within the US and its territories.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we will open a claim and send a replacement or refund. If an order arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the address, and we may charge the reshipping cost.
