What is Kiss Skincare's return and warranty policy?

We have a 180-day return policy, which means that any product you purchase from us can be returned for any reason in exchange for a full refund within 180 days of your receiving the item.

How To Return Your Product

Start by contacting us at hello@kiss.care. You will receive an email with the address where to ship the item(s) back to. Once we receive the item, it may take up to five business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Please note, we are not responsible for damage by shipping carrier for returns. Make sure to package the item, the same way it has arrived and obtain insurance and tracking for the shipping carrier.



When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday-Friday, and arrive based on the shipping method selected. Once your order has been sent, you'll receive an email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. Any items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available.

When will my order arrive?

Standard Free Shipping delivers within 5-10 business days, Expedited Shipping within 5 business days (when available).

What payment methods can I use?

We accepts payment via all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover - as well as Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

How is sales tax determined?

We charge the appropriate state and local sales tax in locations where we have legal obligations to do so, as determined by the shipping address. Tax will also be applied to shipping and handling charges if required. We currently collects sales tax from the following states: Florida
